Recipe Ingredients for Kale-Pineapple-Mango Smoothie

1 apple, chopped
3 cups kale, chopped
1/2 cup pineapple, diced (I use frozen)
1 cup mango, diced (I use frozen)
4 dates
1 cup cucumber, chopped

Recipe Directions for Kale-Pineapple-Mango Smoothie

  1. Whiz it all in the Vitamix with about 1 or 2 cups of water.

  2. Do the dates first with some water, then the apple to speed the liquifying.

  3. Don't let it get warm. If not using frozen pineapple and mango, use ice for some of the water.
