Recipe Ingredients for Kale Pesto

2 cup, chopped Kale
0.33 cup Pine Nuts, Pignolia, Dried
0.5 lemon yields Lemon Juice
4 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Kale Pesto

  1. Pulse kale and pine nuts in a food processor until chopped

  2. Whhile still processing, slowly add in olive oil.

  3. Salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Blend until evenly chopped.
