Recipe Ingredients for Kale Pesto

0.5 cup, chopped Kale
0.5 cup Spinach
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 clove Garlic
0.1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 serving Chicken Cooking Stock
0.5 tbsp Pine Nuts, Pignolia, Dried
0.25 serving Walnut Halves
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Kale Pesto

Toast nuts and blend all ingredients in food processor...stream in oil and stock. Serve with wheat or quinoa pasta, potatoes or on any kind of protein.
