Kale Salad with lemony vinegrette

Recipe Ingredients for Kale and Paresan Salad

3 cup, chopped Kale
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 oz Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1/2 cup Yeast, Nutritional T6635
1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomato
2 tbsp chopped Shallots

Recipe Directions for Kale and Paresan Salad

  1. Chopped Kale into a bowl

  2. Chop Shallots finely and mix with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss and let sit for at least 15 to blend
