Recipe Ingredients for Kale and napa cabbage slaw

4 cup, chopped Kale
4 cup Napa Cabbage
1 medium bulb raw Fennel
1 medium raw Onion Red
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
12 oz Edamame
6 tsp Vegetarian Organic Mellow White Miso Soybean Paste
7 clove Garlic
0.5 cup Lemon Juice
8 Tbsp Tahini
1 serving Tamari
3 cup Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted

Recipe Directions for Kale and napa cabbage slaw

  1. 1. Place chopped kale, thinly sliced fennel and onion in a large bowl. Add sliced bell pepper and cooked edamame.

  2. 2. Combine miso, lemon juice, and mash together. Stir in tahini and tamari until combined (can be done in a blender).

  3. 3. Toss salad with dressing and divide salad among 8 servings.
