Recipe Ingredients for Kale mango smoothie

4 cup, chopped Kale
1 cup, sliced Mangos
10 grams Lime Juice
3 tbsp Flax Seeds

Recipe Directions for Kale mango smoothie

  1. stuff vita mixer with fresh kale and one cup of water mix until frothy

  2. add 1-2 cups of frozen mango chunks and juice from 1 lime blend until frothy

  3. add flax seeds pulverize again

  4. enjoy
