Recipe Ingredients for Kale-lentils soup

2 l chicken stock
100 g kale, chopped
4 medium potatoes, chopped
1/2 c onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
30 g bacon bits
0.33 c red lentils
300 g crushed tomatoes
1/2 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for Kale-lentils soup

  1. Fry onions and garlic in olive oil

  2. Add other ingredients in the order of appearance

  3. Simmer 40 minutes and season to taste
