Recipe Ingredients for Kale Krispies

8 oz Kale
6 second spray Organic Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin

Recipe Directions for Kale Krispies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Wash kale, tear leaves from the stems and discard the stems. Dry thoroughly on paper towels or spin well in a salad spinner.

  3. Tear the kale leaves in to pieces. Arrange kale in single layer on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Spray with olive oil spray and sprinkle with cumin and salt.

  5. Bake for 10-20 minutes until edges are brown and kale is crisp.
