Recipe Ingredients for Kale/Granny Smith Apple Smoothie

1.5 cup, chopped Kale
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 medium apple Apples
4 oz No Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
0.5 serving unsweetened silk vanilla almond milk
0.1 serving Nectar

Recipe Directions for Kale/Granny Smith Apple Smoothie

  1. Kale 6 leaves stripped from stalk, 1 granny smith apple sliced, 1 banana, 1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt, 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and 1 tablespoon of peach nectar.

  2. Freeze kale, apple, banana and greek yogurt.

  3. Crumble Kale into blender with almond milk. Blend until smooth.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
