Recipe Ingredients for Kale with Garlic and Red wine vinegar

8 oz Kale
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Kale with Garlic and Red wine vinegar

Heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook to soften. Turn temperature to high and add water and kale, toss to coat. Cover pan and cook kale for 5 minutes. Remove cover and cook until all liquid is gone.
