Recipe Ingredients for Kale frittatta with egg whites

3 large Egg, White
1 cup, chopped Kale
1 cup raw Mushrooms
3 tbsp chopped Shallots
0.5 serving Margarine, Olivina
2 serving Lighthouse Light Dilly Dip

Recipe Directions for Kale frittatta with egg whites

Mix egg whites and dip. In a fry pan with a metal handle, saute shallots, mushrooms and kale. Add egg mixture and cook til only runny on top. Top with fetta and broil until browned
