Recipe Ingredients for Kale Egg Pie

3 oz Kale
6 egg Organic Eggs
4 oz Skimmed Fresh Milk
1/2 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1/4 medium raw Onion Red

Recipe Directions for Kale Egg Pie

Rinse kale and dry. Use a knife to take out the ribs. Dip each leaf into boiling water for about 1-2 minutes; lay into a pie pan that has been sprayed with vegetable spray. Beat the eggs and milk together; add the onions and bell pepper and pour over the kale. Bake at 375 F. for about 30 minutes or until eggs are set and done.
