Recipe Ingredients for Kale & Edamame salad with sesame dressing

5 cup, chopped Kale
1.5 cup slices Cucumber
1 cup Organic Cherry Tomatoes
1.5 cup fresh Parsley
1 cup sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
2 serving Garlic Cloves
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 cup Edamame Soybeans Shelled
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
3 tbsp Sesame Butter, Tahini, From Roasted And Toasted Kernels (Most Common Type)

Recipe Directions for Kale & Edamame salad with sesame dressing

  1. In a large bowl combine all the prepped veggies and herbs: kale, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, parsley, dill, scallions, and soybeans.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients to make the dressing: garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, toasted sesame oil, sesame seeds, sea salt and tahini.

  3. Toss the veggies with the dressing then press it by placing a plate on top and then a weight on top of the plate. Press it overnight for best results, or a few hours if you don

  4. After pressing, taste again, and season with more sea salt if needed. Enjoy!!
