There are lots of kale chip recipes out there, but I like this simple one from: http://gliving.com/greenchef-judita-magical-garlic-onion-and-cayenne-kale-chips/

Recipe Ingredients for Kale Crisps -V A

12 cups kale
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Tamari
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 dash Cayenne Powder

Recipe Directions for Kale Crisps -V A

  1. Place the Kale in a big bowl and add your ingredients. Mix well and place on a dehydrator sheet. Now sprinkle on some nutritional yeast and dehydrate at 115 degrees for 4-5 hours until crispy.

  2. Note: the original recipe calls for 2 tbsp olive oil, but I find that makes for too oily chips: everything else gets dehydrated, but the olive oil remains full force, and that can make for greasy fingers. With less olive oil comes fewer calories as well.
