Recipe Ingredients for Kale Chips

4 cup, chopped Kale
3 clove Garlic
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1 1/2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Kale Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic together in a bowl.

  3. Rip kale from stem, small and medium pieces bake better.

  4. Mix kale and olive oil concoction in a bowl, making sure kale is covered as much as possible.

  5. Put kale on cookie sheet and cook for approximately 12 minutes. Check to prevent overcooking.
