Recipe Ingredients for Kale Chips

4 cups kale
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp seasoned salt

Recipe Directions for Kale Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  2. With knife or kitchen shears, carefully remove leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.

  3. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.

  4. Bake until edges brown, but do not let burn - 10 to 15 minutes.
