5 cup, chopped Kale
3 serving VIGO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Recipe Directions for Kale Chips

  1. Clean kale & dry

  2. Tear in bite size pieces

  3. Drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat

  4. Place in single layer on cookie sheet, lightly sprinkle with salt.

  5. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes until crisp.
