1 1/2 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Kale chips

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. remove kale leaves from stalks.

  3. toss in olive oil and salt

  4. line cookie sheet with parchment paper. layout the kale on the cookie sheets

  5. bake for 20 minutes, until crisp
