Wonderful alternative to potato chips. You are eating a super food that tastes great!

Recipe Ingredients for Kale Chips

5 cups kale
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt

Recipe Directions for Kale Chips

  1. Preheat over to 350

  2. Cut woody steams away from the leaves.

  3. Tear leaves to bit size pieces and place into a large mixing bowl

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and mix by hand to make sure every leaf is covered.

  5. Place on baking sheet single layer and bake until crispy which can take anywhere from 10 min to 20 min. Be sure they do not over cook or they will turn to dust.
