Recipe Ingredients for Kale Chips

12 ounces kale, washed, stemmed and cut into 4 inch pieces (about)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 Sea salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Kale Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place rack in middle of oven.

  2. Rinse kale and pat dry with paper towel.

  3. Toss kale with olive oil and spread out on large cookie sheet.

  4. Sprinkle with sea salt or spices.

  5. Bake in oven for 7-8 minutes. Stir once and bake for 5-7 more minutes.

  6. Enjoy immediately. These do not save well.
