Recipe Ingredients for Kale Chips

2 cup, chopped Kale
1.5 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Kale Chips

  1. 1. Preheat oven 425 degrees

  2. 2. Remove Kale from stalk, leaving the greens in large pieces

  3. 3.Rub a little olive oil enough for a light coat

  4. 4.Place kale on baking sheet and bake for 5 min or until starts to brown. Keep an eye on it.

  5. 5.Turn kale over and bake wit other side up.

  6. 6. Remove and serve

  7. -You can also try this with collard greens

  8. *For an extra kick try sprinkling with spices such as curry, cayenne pepper after rubbing the oil on.
