50 grams nutritional yeast, or half cup
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp chipotle powder, or more to taste
1 lime
2 tbsp liquid smoke, hickory
1/4 cup water, add more as needed

Recipe Directions for Kale Chips

  1. De stem kale

  2. Rinse and shake off

  3. chop into roughly 2x2 pieces

  4. Mix all the flavors together in a measuring cup and stir thoroughly.

  5. With kale in a very large bowl, dump ingredients all over it.

  6. Massage it 2 minutes to ensure even flavor distribution

  7. put it on 4 trays (Excalibur size) and leave it on over night.
