Recipe Ingredients for Kale Beef and Barley Stew

1 cup Pearled Barley
2 cup, chopped Kale
0.5 cup Onions
5 clove Garlic
2 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
0.75 cup slices Carrots
7 cup Soup, Beef Broth Or Bouillon, Powder, Dry
6 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles

Recipe Directions for Kale Beef and Barley Stew

  1. Prepare Barley as directed and put in pot once it is done cooking

  2. Cook meat in another pot till fully cooked, then chop and add the rest of ingredients and cook on medium low till all are fully cooked.
