Recipe Ingredients for Kale with beans and tuna

1 cup, chopped Kale
1 cup, solid or chunks Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
0.5 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons

Recipe Directions for Kale with beans and tuna

Wash and cut kale in to strips, Drain and rinse tuna and beans and put in a bowl with the kale. Add a table spoon of olive oil and lemon juice, salt and fresh pepper. Toss and eat!
