Recipe Ingredients for Kale and Beans

1 cup, chopped Kale
0.5 1tsp Olive Oil
5 oz Beans, Navy, Mature Seeds
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Kale and Beans

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the kale and saute until wilted, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the beans and heat through. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, drizzle a bit more oil over the greens.
