Good side dish with pork tenderloin

Recipe Ingredients for Kale, apple and onion

1 T olive oil
1 cup onions, chopped
3 oz kale, chopped
3 oz swiss chard
3 apples, chopped
3 T balsamic vinegar
1/2 T sugar
1/4 t cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Kale, apple and onion

  1. heat olive oil

  2. add onions and saute for a few minutes till golden

  3. add kale and saute till wilted

  4. Add apples and saute for a few minutes

  5. add vinegar and put lid on dish and let it braise until apples are tender.

  6. add salt and pepper to taste
