Adjusted from Wolgang Puck's Black and Green Olive Tapenade - original recipe: 1 c. Nicoise olives, 1 c. Picholine olives, 1/4 c. oven dried tomatoes 1 tablespoon capers, 1 garlic clove, 1 anchovy fillet, 1/2 tablespoon basil leaves, 1/2 tablespoon thyme leaves, 1/2 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, 1/4 tablespoon oregano leaves, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Ingredients for Kalamata Olive Tapenade -- Adjusted from Wolfang Puck's Black and Green Olive Tapenade

2 cups kalamata olives
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 tablespoons capers
1 garlic clove
1/2 tablespoon basil
1/2 tablespoon oregano
1/2 tablespoon parsley

Recipe Directions for Kalamata Olive Tapenade -- Adjusted from Wolfang Puck's Black and Green Olive Tapenade

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor or deep, narrow container if using a hand-held mixer.

  2. Using pulse button, process until coarsely chopped and well blended.

  3. If following original recipe, continue to process and slowly add olive oil.

  4. Refrigerate in a covered container.

  5. Will keep up to 1 week, refrigerated and in a covered container.
