Recipe Ingredients for Kajikit's Banana-Apple-Walnut bread

4 bananas
2 small apples
1 1/2 cups walnuts
1 cup white sugar
1 stick butter
3 eggs
3 egg whites
4 cups flour
1 cup raisins
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Kajikit's Banana-Apple-Walnut bread

  1. Melt butter in microwave. Mash in bananas. Add sugar and spice. Beat in the eggs and whites.

  2. Crush 1 cup walnuts into pieces and add.

  3. Add the flour gradually, adding water or fat-free milk as required to keep the batter moist.

  4. Add the baking powder at the very end and make sure it's mixed in well.

  5. Bake at 350 until it's set.
