Recipe Ingredients for Kacang Ijo - Mung Bean soup

3/10 cups mung bean
6 tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp ginger
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Kacang Ijo - Mung Bean soup

  1. Boil mung bean + water + pandan leaf + ginger.

  2. Once the bean soft enough (as desired) add sugar.

  3. Let it boil for another 1 minute. Serve hot or cold. Add coconut milk for richness if desired.
