1/4 of a sliced red onion
1/3 cup mushrooms
1 dash pepper
1 dash salt
1 tsp water, a little for each egg
1/4 tbs olive oil (for frying)
50 g Polish Sausage, Kosher, Spict

  2. add egg whites, fry until harden

  3. flip
