Recipe Ingredients for Justins Pulled Chicken

2 chicken breast, boneless skinless
8 oz tomato sauce
2 cups water
1 tbsp cumin
2 oz cilantro
1/2 tbsp pepper
1 tsp cayenne
3 tbsp chopped jalapeno

Recipe Directions for Justins Pulled Chicken

  1. This requires a long cook time

  2. Place all the ingredient into a crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Basically until the chicken literally pulls apart when you take two forks and pull at the chicken.

  3. Once they are done cooking, you can remove from heat and drain using a colander.

  4. have another bowl beneath the colander so that you can use the sauce. Add about 2 tbsp of corn starch to the sauce to make a tasty tomato gravy.

  5. This is just the basic ingredients I will use at salt for taste and you can experiment with other flavors for tastier meals
