One of Amber's favorite...commonly known as Tabbouleh salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Justins Cracked Wheat Salad

1 cup burghul
2 cups fresh parsley
1 diced tomato
1 diced onion
1 diced clove garlic
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Justins Cracked Wheat Salad

  1. soak the burghul in the water until moist...can take as little as 30 minutes.

  2. drain the burghul and dry with a paper towel.

  3. Chop the parsley and combine all the ingredients, let sit for 30 minutes or longer so that all the ingredients can mix and compliment each other.
