Recipe Ingredients for Just For The Halibut

684 g halibut
1 small zucchini
1 red pepper
1/4 cup basil
325 g potatoes
1/2 tsp black pepper
5 lemon slices
5 garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for Just For The Halibut

  1. Slice zucchini and potatoes 1/4" thick. Slice red pepper into strips. Chop basil. Slice garlic into 1/8" thick slices.

  2. Layer potatoes, then zucchini, then peppers on large piece of tinfoil. Lay halibut fillet on top and then top with lemon slices and sliced garlic. Top with fresh ground black pepper.

  3. Bake at 400F for 30mins, or til fish flakes with fork.
