Recipe Ingredients for Just Bunches Oatmeal Raisin Cookie

81 g unsweetened applesauce
102 g mango applesauce
107 g turbinado sugar
1 egg white
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
37 g whole wheat flour
34 g wheat bran
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
60 g quick oats
30 g Just Bunches Caramel
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
51 g semisweet pure mini chocolate chips
45 g Thompson raisins

Recipe Directions for Just Bunches Oatmeal Raisin Cookie

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.

  2. In a large bowl, blend together the apple sauce and sugar. Beat in the egg white, then stir in the vanilla.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, spices and baking soda. Stir into the sugar mixture.

  4. Mix in the quick oats and Bunches cereal, add raisins and chocolate chips by folding into mixture.

  5. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets.

  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 1 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
