Old Fashion Meatloaf with special tomatoe sauce glaze

Recipe Ingredients for June's Saucey Meatloaf

1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 Egg
1 tsp Onion Powder
14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes
54 Crackers
1 cup Ketchup
3 tbls Brown Sugar
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for June's Saucey Meatloaf

  1. Crumble ground beef into bowl

  2. Add Egg, Onion Powder, Tomatoes and mix

  3. Mix in crackers until desired consistancy

  4. Option: Additional seasoning as desired

  5. Place in Loaf Pan.

  6. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.

  7. Sauce: Mix Kethcup, brown sugar, mustard, nutmeg and Worchestershire sauce in bowl. Pour over meatloaf approximately 15 minutes before its done.
