Recipe Ingredients for June's Homemade Tomato Pasta

3 tomatoes, grilled, mashed
3 tsp olive oil
1 tsp rosemary, dried
1 tsp thyme, dried
1 tsp oregano, dried
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1/2 tsp bay leaf
1 tsp parsley, dried
160 g spaghetti
1/5 g leek, chopped
1/5 g onion, chopped
1/5 g celery, chopped
1/2 g carrot, chopped

Recipe Directions for June's Homemade Tomato Pasta

  1. drizzle oil

  2. throw in tomatoes until soft

  3. add in leek, onion, celery, carrot

  4. stir until onion is translucent, carrot medium soft, leek soft, celery soft

  5. add in the herbs

  6. meantime boil pasta according to package details

  7. stir the sauce

  8. when carrot is soft, off the heat

  9. pour sauce into a blender until lumpy smooth OR serve as it is
