For mornings when you really want to splurge without going crazy, this satisfies. I top with All-Fruit jam or I make a spread by mixing 3 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce with 1 Tbsp peanut butter (heat it up, yum). For PB & J topping, use both! You can also top with sugar-free maple syrup. For special occasions, spread with Strawberry ALL-Fruit and add real sliced strawberries plus a dollop of nonfat, nondairy whipped topping. Or, make a strawberry-waffle parfait by first spreading the waffle with Strawberry All-Fruit and then tearing it up and layering the pieces with the real strawberries and nonfat whipped topping in tall glass!
