Recipe Ingredients for Julius Chill

1/2 cup of bananas
3/4 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of raspberries
1 cup of ice
1 tsp flax seed meal
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla

Recipe Directions for Julius Chill

  1. Cut the strawberries and bananas in small chunks.

  2. Blend raspberry juice and ice with the flax seed meal.

  3. Mix

  4. Add the strawberries and vanilla flavoring.

  5. Mix

  6. Finaly add in the banana chunks.

  7. Mix until thick and smooth.
