Chili with ground lean turkey meat, veggies and black beans

Recipe Ingredients for Juliet's Chili

20 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
15 oz Black Beans, Canned
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Juliet's Chili

Brown the turkey meat. Add sliced squash and bell pepper. Cook and stir for about 5 - 8 minutes. Add spinach. Stir until spinach is cooked. Add black beans (drained). for seasoning add 2.5 teaspoons of Bragg's Liquid Amino Acids. Then add 1 tablespoon of chili powder...add more for more kick! Stir and serve.
