This is basically what I put in my veggie salad so, that I can get them in. This does make a big salad that can last me 2 days.

Recipe Ingredients for Julie's Veggie MIX

1 cup Iceberg lettuce, (cup,+shredded+or+chopped)
1 cup spinach
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup broccoli
1/4 cup Cheese
2 ea Tomato Raw Medium
1 NLEA+serving baby carrots
1 cup cabbage

Recipe Directions for Julie's Veggie MIX

Clean vegetables, cut, chop and toss in a bowl. Add what you like or change veggies. Its all up to us.
