Makes 6 servings



Easy vegetable soup. Can be used as a sauce, or a soup base. Easy to flavour upon reheating with some ginger or whatever flavour you're looking for.

Recipe Ingredients for Julie's Vegetable Soup

2 cups raw butternut squash
3 stalks celery
1 onion
3 carrots
1 bunch broccoli
1 green pepper

Recipe Directions for Julie's Vegetable Soup

  1. Chop up all of the above.

  2. Boil in some water until veggies are soft.

  3. Allow to cool.

  4. Purree in blender.

  5. Reheat. Can add milk if you like upon reheating.
