1 jalapeno pepper
1 c. salsa
1 c. cooked rice
1 tsp paprika

pre-heat oven to 375, remove seeds from peppers & blanch in boiling water for 4 minutes, slice down the center & stuff with remaining combined ingredients, wrap each in foil & bake or bbq for 20 minutes, serve with a side salad & sauteed zuchhini & summer squash & tomatoes
