Recipe Ingredients for Julie's pumpkin pie

2 cup, mashed Pumpkin
0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
0.75 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Cloves, Ground
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.25 tsp Allspice, Ground
168 grams Pie Shells Deep Dish
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Julie's pumpkin pie

wash and dry pie pumpkin. cut into several pieces and place in microwave safe dish with a little water. Microwave on high for 10 - 15 minutes. When done the skin will be tender and the fruit will we soft. Remove skin and put pumpkin in food processor. Process until smooth. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs. Add 3/4C brown sugar, all of the spices and milk stir well. Add 2 Cups of cooked pumpkin and stir until combined. Pour into frozen deep dish pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees F then lower the temperature to 350 and bake for 50-55 minutes more until done.
