Recipe Ingredients for Julie's Protein Pancakes

1 c of cottage cheese
1/2 c of oats
1/2 c of egg whites, eggbeaters
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 c of flour, almond

Recipe Directions for Julie's Protein Pancakes

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Cook over med-low heat with a cooking spray or butter spray. Pancakes take a while to cook.

  3. Add fruit or sugar free syrup to the pancakes before serving.
