3 kg potatoes
1 litre whipping cream
5 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Julie's Potato Gratin

  1. Slice potatoes

  2. Place in pan and cover with cream

  3. Simmer for 10 mins

  4. Add crushed garlic, nutmeg and seasonings

  5. Stir

  6. Layer in ovenproof dish

  7. Bake for one hour at 200 degrees C.
