Quick and easy pot roast for any get together.

Recipe Ingredients for Julie's Pot Roast

4 pound sirloin
2 cups of carrots, baby
4 small red potatoes, cut in fours
1 cup of celery, chopped
3 T of prepared horseradish
2 T of worcestershire sauce
3 T of garlic, crushed
2 c of beef broth
2 T of beef bouillon
3 c of water

Recipe Directions for Julie's Pot Roast

  1. Layer all vegetables in the bottom of crockpot.

  2. Pour about 1/2 cup of the beef broth over the vegetables.

  3. Score the top and sides of the meat and place on top of the vegetables.

  4. Mix all of the remaining ingredients together and pour over the meat.

  5. The beef bouillon is a variety found in Canada. It is called Bovril (2 tsp has 15 calories, 930mg of sodium, 2g of carbs and 1g of protein.
