use leftover mashed potatoes (made w/ fat free chicken broth), lentils, chopped onion, oats & egg white - add spices of choice - I like red curry, tumeric, & garlic--- cheaper than boca!

1 c. lentils
1 med onion
1 c. oats
1 egg white

Recipe Directions for Julie's lentil burgers

mash potatees, cook lentilsm, chop onion & mix all together, add spices & make into 8 patties, spray pan or forman grill with olive oil spray & cook for 5 min or until cooked through
