6 1/2 oz White Onion
3 3/4 oz Celery
16 oz Carrots, Baby
64 oz Beef, Round, Top Round
3 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Julie's Hardy Beef Stew

Sweat onions and celery in large pot. Add cubed beef and salt, brown beef. Add cubed potatoes and carrots. Add enough water to cover (approx 10-12 cups). Cook on low until beef is tender and vegetables are done.
