Recipe Ingredients for Julie's Fried Chicken

12 oz. Chicken breasts
1/2 T. flour
2 T. butter
1 T. canola oil
1 T. season salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Julie's Fried Chicken

Put flour in a bag and toss chicken in flour. Put butter and oil in frying pan and allow to heat. Place chicken in pan then season with season salt and pepper. Cook apx. 30 minutes.
