mix all in blender adding water as needed then eat for lunch or snack for 4 days!

Recipe Ingredients for Julie's flax fiber n fruit yogurt

1 cup, mashed Bananas
1.8 cup Whole Strawberries
4 tbsp Psyllium Husks
4 tbsp Psyllium Husks
16 oz Plain Nonfat
1 serving (Genisoy) ultra soy protein shake for bone health
2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal

Recipe Directions for Julie's flax fiber n fruit yogurt

blend all -- you can choose to add fiber upon serving but i just mix all together and split into 4 bowls for lunch each day --top with mini chocolate chips or lite whipped cream for added fun & satisfaction :)
